My name is Jason and I started BeltwayBoy Sports because of my love and passion for sports. For as long as I can remember I’ve loved sports and always dreamed of a career in sports in any capacity. After being introduced to blogging a light bulb went off and here I am attempting to live my dream! I was born and raised right outside of the nations capital.
My goal is to produce a topnotch sports blog from the fans point of view and I’m working hard toward that goal. I also plan to open BeltwayGirl Sports in the future and already have the domain. I fell in love with blogging after learning what it was all about and deciding to do this site. There was only one small problem, I knew absolutely nothing about computers! So I rolled my sleeves up and started learning on my own in the late summer of 2008. I’ve learned a lot and have come a long way, but I’m nowhere close to where I aspire to be and will continue to learn as I go. I’m committed to seeing this through!
I’m always open to any questions or suggestions you may have and love to interact with site readers and greatly appreciate your patience as I got this site going. I’m also looking to add other passionate sports fans to the site who want to write about sports.
