Romo Rebounds With Big Time Effort To Help Cowboys Win

A week after choking in New York and helping to cost the Dallas Cowboys a win, Tony Romo rebounds against the S.F. 49ers. I lit into him last week, but I must give him credit for what he did today in helping the Cowboys avoid another 0-2 start to their season.

He was knocked out of the football game with cracked ribs and backup quarterback Jon Kitna came on in relief, but the Cowboys were in serious trouble without Romo. They were heading to their second straight 0-2 start, but Romo came back and gutted it out to help guide his team to an overtime win.

I’ve had cracked ribs before and I know how painful they can be. That’s why I’m giving Romo his credit because what he did today was impressive.

I'm a huge sports fan, born and raised in the D.C. area. I've had a love for sports for as long as I can remember! I'm a big Washington Redskins, Wizards, Capitals, and Nationals fan! I also root for the New York Yankees, D.C. had no baseball team while I was growing up and the Bronx Bombers more than filled the void! I like to meet new people and love to learn new things!
