It happens every year that some teams will be better than people think and on the flip side others will disappoint. The same thing can be applied to NFL players as well.

There was plenty of both during the NFL’s opening slate of games.

  • Chicago Bears Mauling The Atlanta Falcons 30-12
  • Cincinnati Bengals Winning At Cleveland
  • Cam Newton’s 422 Passing Yards – NFL Rookie Record
  • Buffalo Bills Trampling The Kansas City Chiefs -41-7
  • Detroit Lions Winning At Tampa Bay Buccaneers
