Michigan Will Host Notre Dame In First Night Game In School History

The Michigan Wolverines will host the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the first home night game in the 132 year history of the program. It’s going to be a madhouse at kickoff with all the hoopla and hype surrounding this historic game.

The Wolverines lead the all time series against the Irish 22-15-1 and have a great chance to add to their win total later tonight. The Wolverines have won five of the last six games over the Irish at home.

The Irish had no answer for dynamic Wolverines quarterback Denard Robinson last year as he torched them with 502 yards of total offense. That was Robinson’s coming out party last season.

The Irish opened last week with a loss and have made a change at quarterback by benching starter Dayne Crist in favor of Tommy Rees. Rees played well last week and seems to have a great connection with wide receiver Michael Floyd.

Prediction – Michigan 27 Notre Dame 20
