Chris Samuels Made The Right Decision To Retire

Chris Samuels without a doubt made the right decision to retire and not risk further injury. As an athlete I know how hard it is to walk away from the game because of an injury. You always want to go out on your terms when you feel like it’s time to go. I hate to see Chris Samuels having to go out like this. Last year when I heard about the injury I thought his career was over because a spinal injury is life altering and hearing that he had a narrowing of the spine. He had a nice career here in D.C. playing for the Washington Redskins and made 6 Pro Bowls. Now the team is in search of a LT. Good luck and best wishes, Chris. You will be missed, but you will always be a Redskin!
