NBA Trade Deadline Approaching

The NBA trade deadline is a week away and can’t get here fast enough for Washington Wizards fans! The team has been a complete mess with the game of basketball taking the backseat because of the drama. This was supposed to be different with a healthy Gilbert Arenas and Brendon Haywood rejoining their teammates on the court and making a return to the NBA Playoffs. New head coach Flip Saunders was brought in to lead the franchise and with his track record as an NBA coach it seemed believable. The win on opening night in Dallas over a very good Mavericks team really got us fans excited about this seasons prospects. Nobody thought the team would enter All Star Weekend with a record of 17-33. There is no doubt that the team needs to make a trade or two because this group can’t get it done. It appears that Antawn Jamison will be heading to Cleveland to play with Lebron James and Shaq. Although I have heard about the Boston Celtics and Houston Rockets as some other options I think he will end up playing with James in Cleveland!
